"Special Offers"

Hello everyone,
I have been having trouble with a few comps where you have to answer whether you are interested in "special offers" before your entry is validated. The ones where the page usually shows "Nearly there now...."
One ad in particular I cannot get through , it's for car breakdown cover. I have answered with many variations (other than ones showing interest in the product/service) such as "not interested " etc.
However the page keeps returning asking me to complete the answers
I have contacted Instyle ,who although replied promptly but seem to fail to understand the problem. Its happened today again with a Now Daily comp , same advert . I have emailed theses people today too, no reply yet
I began to think for some reason my laptop was at fault but it's happened with OH's ipad too
Any ideas folks?
