parcel is 90x60x45 cm which courier will take ?

Hello.
I seem to be having trouble finding a courier for my parcel. They all seem to be taking 60x60x60 size which mine is not. Its 90x60x45.

Do you know who will collect and deliver??????

120x60x60 up to 31,5 kg UK mainland.Bargain.They use DHL:money:

I'm looking to use this courier and am a bit concerned about the feedback though.

I don't need couriers for my ebay stuff as I sell little items but i have an idea about sending a goodie box to my son for his birthday. I already have a few small gifts ready for his birthday plus cards from the family and thought instead of sending everything in seperate envelopes it might be cheaper to send a big box with everything and I can add some extra goodies as well as a surprise.

What's wrong with PPD's feedback?

We use them on a daily basis without any issue's, unlike previous fly-by-nights

It's down to 98.9 % which is lower than I would normally trust, plus they have an even higher percentage of neutrals. However, the poor feedback seems to relate to non collection...and not the actual service so maybe there is an element of user error?

As it is going to my son I think I may risk it later in the week, I've just weighed some of the stuff I have here to send and I reckon just the basic stuff will cost more using RM and with the strikes it may be very delayed. At least this courier means I can send one big goodie box with lots of silly and cheap extras as well as it is his first birthday away from home.

I have only had one problem with them from over 40 parcels, due to dhl misdirecting a parcel - when you look at the amount of business they do it's not surprising things go astray.
I use them 3-4 times a weeks, sometimes even daily, my dhl driver is local and I know he will always call by 1.30 pm.
I did use interparcel for a while but ppd are £3 - £5 cheaper , it means I have been able to lower my p&p prices and still make a bit more profit.
They now have a guaranteed next day service for £6.99, if it doesn't get delivered - the next one is free - you can't say fairer than that.
They are slow at responding to queries, but no more so than RM.

Soo, most of the negative feedback left for PPD is of no fault of their own!! A bit like people blaming Paypal when they dont bother following the set guidelines.

All I need now is a good sturdy cardboard box for the gifts..I can't believe that supermarkets don't have these lying around any more, or that I can't even buy one.

If PPD work out well for me this time I will definitely be using them for some of my Christmas things as well as I usually have several things to send up North and it costs me a fortune!

The P.O. sell sturdy flat pack boxes, or try your local greengrocer etc. Banana boxes are a good size and very tough.;)
Or even your local garden centre/diy store?
