    FM = Force Majeure

    As posted above, it is used to describe e situation where a contract cannot be adhered to by circumstances beyond the control of the party to the contract.

    The contract in question is the one between you and PBD.

    If you are unable to comply with the contract because voda haven't been able to send you a bill then that is beyond your control.

    Write and explain this to them, if you can, send them the proof that they have a billing problem currently (maybe get them to send you an e-mail).

    Offer to send them printouts from the net, and promise to send them the original when it is to hand.

    Then if they try and say you breached the contract you can show that it was due to the circumstances beyond your control, but that you did everything you could to inform PBD, and kept them in the picture till the problem was solved.
  • Some good news for me anyway.

  • Hi all

    sorry I haven't replied, I am subscribed to it, but no emails came through.

    I've received my bill at last, but now I'm not sure it's the right one! I got the phones on the 7th and 9th March my most recent bill is 12th July, showing usage 1st - 31 July and calls up to 30th June. Really got myself confused now.

    Can anyone tell me if that's right please :confused:
