8 The winner will receive an all-inclusive holiday for two to Sal island in Cape Verde, which is for seven nights at Melia Dunas Beach Resort and includes all food and local drinks.
9 Transfers to and from Am!lcar Cabral International Airport in Sal are included as part of the prize; however, the prize does not include transfers to and from London Gatwick and your home.
10 If the accompanying guest of the winner is aged under 18, the winner must be that person's parent or legal guardian, or have written permission from that person's parent or legal guardian, which GNM or its agents may ask to see at any time.
11 The prize is subject to availability of flights and accommodation at the time of booking and to Thomson Airways flight schedules. It must be taken and completed by 31 December 2015. Hotel dates are subject to availability. All flight booking requests must be sent at least eight weeks prior to the requested outbound travel date, and in any event, flights must be booked by 29 October in accordance with the instructions provided by GNM or The Resort Group. Flights cannot be changed once the booking has been made, and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Accommodation must be booked at least eight weeks in advance of the trip, in accordance with the instructions provided by GNM or The Resort Group, and any cancellation must be notified to [EMAIL="info@theresortgroupplc.com"]info@theresortgroupplc.com[/EMAIL]. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.
12 The prize includes airline and hotel taxes but does not include costs of travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, other meals and drinks, parking, other taxes, spending money or personal costs, all of which are the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. GNM accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with taking the prize that are not expressly included in the prize.
13 The winner and his/her guest must ensure that they have valid passports (with at least six months' validity from the date of return to the UK), visas, travel insurance and any relevant vaccinations at the time of travel. GNM accepts no responsibility if the winner and/or guest are unable to travel due to insufficient documentation. The winner and his/her guest shall be responsible for complying with local laws, health or government requirements, and for checking these prior to travel. Each customer is entitled to a free total baggage allowance of 15kg baggage and maximum 5kg of hand baggage (max dimensions: 55cm x 40cm x 20cm (22in x 16in x 9in).
14 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. The trip must be taken by the winner, who must travel at the same time as their guest.
15 GNM reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not availa
