Ebay free listing not working

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
I've had the free listing email saying it's by invitation only but giving me the link to accept the offer. However when I click the invite and go to sign in a red banner says it's by invitation only!


Also when I go to all selling where it usually appears there's no sign of it. Anyone else having similar problems?

    I am also having the exact same problem! I was hoping someone on here had a solution. This never normally happens and I am definitely signing in the correct account after clicking the link in the email.

    Looks like they've managed to fix it. It wasn't working for the past few hours but now I've managed to access the free listings.

    They have! Managed to claim the free listings now from a message in my eBay inbox, rather than through the emailed link. The eBay message wasn't there earlier though so perhaps they are fixing the issue that way?

    I've only just logged in and I've accepted the offer and checked and it shows my 100 free under 'all selling'

    Just relisting some items and noticed the one free automatic relist has reappeared.

    Yes, I noticed that on Monday. Straight after Christmas, those "1 automatic free listing" had disappeared. Glad they are back!
