I think I have broken ebay again

This keeps coming up on my ebay pages today

Have I broken it I wonder? I suppose that would account for the fact I have had no, that is none, zilch, nada sales since 7am this morning

It doesn't affect anything, I have listed some new stock and left feedback- but it is just an odd message.
