Re-mortgage form filling

Hi all,

I would appreciate a bit of advice. I have finally got round to re-mortgaging my home after the initial rate discounts expired about 6 months ago :o I have decided to go with the Woolwich B of E tracker + 0.18%. I received some forms through today from solicitors acting on behalf of the Woolwich/Barclays and the final part is the Mortgage Deed paperwork that I have to sign with a witness.

This bit I understand but on the other side is an Occupancy Form to be signed by an intending occupier who is not named on the deeds of the property. Would my dad have to sign this as he lives with me. Sorry if I sound a bit thick but I don't recall doing this the first time round and my brain shrinks when I see application forms.
