English Divorce - Form E & number of copies

Has anyone recently completed a 'Form E - Financial Statement' in divorce proceedings?


No longer with a solicitor due to mounting costs, court has completed copy of Form A and has sent me Form E for completion.


I'm confused because the court sent me 3 blank copies of the Form E. First thought was one copy for me, one for the court and one to be sent to the STBX. Am I right in thinking this?


Confusion comes from what SBTX has received - will they also receive 3 blank copies from the court to complete as above? or have they simply received notice to appear in court to go through Form E?

Ive been divorced twice and done it myself, i got the forms from Newcastle Civic Centre, but wherever you are will have similar, they will send the forms to you and instructions on how to complete them, its very straightforward.

how did you go about handing over the Form E? did you arrange to meet the ex-OH to do the swap? just wondering about how to actually go about this part so all is done properly and court deadlines looming forever closer.
