Topcashback problems.

I am just wondering if anyone else has had problems with Topcashback competitions? I received a support ticket telling me I had won a competition. The way it was worded it sound like it was a second notification, although I cannot find the original in my folder. I replied immediately as a deadline had been placed on claiming the prize. My ticket was picked up two days later by another member of the team. He said he would pass on my message as the original person was off work. However it was clearly not passed on as I received another message from the original person today saying my prize has been given to the runner up as I failed to respond.
I have replied, copying in the message from the second person. I feel I have unfairly missed out on a prize.
Any suggestions welcome.

Thank you that thread was helpful. If they don't get back to within a couple of days, I will leave a message on their facebook page. I will also update this thread as it might also be useful for compers in the future.Frugal Living Challenge 2024 CROFT Crafting: £151.99/250, R (visiting daughter): £165/£500 Outside activities: £214/244 (Allotment), Outside 2 (Mud monsters et al) £152 F(Family visits): £93/400 Tummy (food budget): Aiming to use full budget monthly of £2000

I have won twice with them, they are very very good, and professional to a T, but as per their T&C#s they send you a support ticket, if you win, but if your settings are set ( mine are) to get a mail when ya ticket is given, then you just log into the account, and talk to them from there.2013 -£1550 / £2013
2014 -£1955.95 / £2014

all the best dealing with them, I had to report them to ASA to get things moving! They are very unprofessional in my opinion.0

I also won a prize with them and duly sent off a reply to the email I received.
I then received an email back saying 'this account isn't monitored' (or words to that effect) and realised I had to log into my account and respond there. So I logged in and responded.
I never heard anything from them for a week and was worrying, because you have to claim within a week, so sent another message.
They responded the next day, reassuring me that the message had been received and that they were dealing with the influx of mail from people claiming prizes.
