Hi, I have a bid on one of my items and the bidder wants to cancel the bid - Hi sorry I need to cancel my bid, this isn't the right **item** can you please cancel this. Sorry -
I thought that the bidder had to retract the bid not the seller. If I am wrong, can someone point me in the right direction for how to do this please.
Many thanks

Hi its all down to the amount of time left on your auction.
If the bid was placed more the 1 hour ago and there is less then 12 hours left till the listing ends, then you will have to retract there bid.
Any thing over 12 hours left then the bidder can retract it, but will need to give a reason.
