Agricultural Occupancy Again

I can see this is a well discussed topic and I apologise to all those that may fall asleep with my questions. However I need to make an expensive decision and need the best range of advice.
I am looking to purchase a property in Kent that is approx. 30 years old built on 1 acre of land next to a farm. It was built with an AG condition
"the occupation of the dwelling shall be limited tp persons solely or mainly employed, or last employed in the locality in agriculture as defined in section 290 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971."
It had an extension that nearly doubled its size 10 years later. Until this point the condition has been complied with but a domestic issues forces the sale and I would very much like to live there.
I do not need a mortgage to buy it but do not work in any way to satisfy the condition.
I would appreciate any advice on the following.
1, Ignoring the condition, what can the council do?
2, What is the minimum I have to do to comply, what sort of occupation is acceptable?
3, I have been advised that an indemnity may be available to cover this issue. If so what would I cover
Sorry that its very wordy, any help you can give is greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards.

1. Obtain a court order to evict you, so you either have to find a tenant who qualifies or sell up.
2. Comply with S290 of 1971 TCPA
3. Who would cover you knowing you don't qualify?
You forgot
4. See if there is a way to get AO condition removed. This would usually mean property being marketed for a year and no offers from qualified occupants. Downside would be, that without AO house would be worth 30% more.
5. Find somewhere elseIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
