2 days from filing a return with Amazon for getting the wrong items and no reply.
Sadly, a whole load of red and grey feedbacks are also appearing since I last checked.

I'm assuming OP means a marketplace seller. Amazon has been busier than I expected over the last couple of weeks, I'm barely keeping up. I had to put a few of my bigger sellers as unavailable until December 1st.
As far as feedback goes on Amazon, buyers tend to be quick to leave non positives but slow on just positives. That's not to say that something else might be going on with this particular seller..0 -
Marketplace. Yep. But I am annoyed I've been done, ordered LED lights for outside, been sent on cheap indoor fairly lights. Busy or not, I've filled in a return request, no instructions in the box on how to return either. Great!0
