I skin sausages, add chopped onion (softened) add herbs or spices and turn into meatballs. Or else I skin them, add stuffing mix and roll in pastry then bake. You can make a sausage wellington or else small rolls or pasties.

Had a busy day. Managed to order DH's prescriptions online then phone chemist so energy drinks would be there tomorrow afternoon when I arrive with actual prescription. Took dd out to Leeds and got her shoes to go with bridesmaid dress and tights etc. Got tights for me and a bodyshaper thingy.


Best of all - I found a vintagey looking white and silver bag with a silver chain that will hang from her wrist and will be great with DD's bridal dress this weekend.

Got Bu**dup and C*mp*an in vanilla and strawberry flavour to extend the energy drinks .

Found a lovely fabric advent calender in charity shop and a wooden Lazy Susan that will be great for a platter of bits as a starter or else when we play a board game when all the family get together at Christmas. Also found a Christmassy oven glove and a pretty organza bag that will be lovely to put costume jewellery items in to take for dd to choose as "borrowed" item.

When I bought a blue garter for her I did not find out till I had bought it that the name on the tag was the same as my Mothers. The date of the wedding which was brought forward for DH's health is my mum's birthday and the name of the wedding dress is my great aunts!! Let's hope they are as good omens as I think.!!!


I think DH is improving as last night instead of his very loud breathing because of swelling of facial tissued it was so quiet I woke up panicking!!

Elona - lovely finds, hope your dd wedding goes well and that your dh manages to rest.

Not much os here, been full of a cold and ended up with an upset stomach. Stepdad is getting very tired, he is having an MRI scan next week so will know then what treatment if any they can do.

Been filling out a job application form for a 2 day week job & also doing an application form x 2 to try and get a college placement.
