why?
The property for sale is no 22 at offers around 105k
no 18 sold for 69k in Sept 2012
no 16 sold for 67.5k in March 2013
30k (30%) price rise in 1 - 2 years is not credible
Thanks for the replies everyone. I like what you're saying above...i was thinking along the lines of starting at 88k going up to 90k, is this too cheeky/unreasonable?0 -

It looks like a nice house. Not relevant but I wonder why they have 'two lounges' and no dining table etc. The kitchen looks tiny to me.
Go and look, you'll either love it or hate it!0 -

That was the first thing i noticed just now. It is really odd that there are no bedroom photos at all. I wouldn't want a kitchen just off a living room like this.0 -
£75k to £80k is top whack IMHO
I'd be worried the area is on the skids with BTL LL taking over - Benefits Street?0 -
No one paid attention to mu 3000 sq feet floor plan on the last one.
This one seems more realistic!!
I like it0 -
Has there been any reductions over the last few months?0

The downstairs is lovely.
The lack of washing machine etc. is odd but that kitchen is so tiny! But if only one 'reception' room, then the other could be a dining room and a bit of kitchen overflow. Would be good to see how other houses in the row have tackled.
It's odd not to have any pictures of the upstairs - so might as well view?
It could be that they had a buyer that has fallen through etc.0 -
