Sorry, I didnt mean to hihjack the thread - I couldnt find the option to start a new one and its the same company.
See the 'Forum Jump' twice on this page on the right? Click 'Go' and you will hop back to page one. The sticky thread for NEWBIES to 'please read first' is either top or 2nd top.

Don't get confused & end up with loads of tabs open. Close each link after you have read it, or if you get lost you can always use the Forum Jump to get 'home' to page one again.

Only start a new thread if you really HAVE to, please. Most people just read the Newbies sticky thread and do it themselves and win:

If you really have more questions AFTER reading the Newbies thread, you can then start your own new thread as you will see the blue button having used the forum Jump. If you start a new thread without reading the sticky I, for one, won't answer...sorry!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

Latest update, appeal has been sent to the cowboys using the very useful template on here. Many thanks to the person/people responsible for that it was a great help.

I have now spoken with the people I thought were the land owners on two occasions, (Mason Owen) turns out they're the letting agency. They were no help at all and told me that I should just pay up however, they did say they would contact their client Lancroft Properties Ltd and pass on my request that they contact UKCPS and cancel the charge.

Today I phoned Mason Owen and was informed that they had spoken with Lancroft, their stance was that UKCPS is a highly professional company and basically that the signs are perfectly clear and to just pay, (in their words) "the fine." Albeit both M&O and Lancroft by their own admission acknowledge reading the signs, both parties were unable to identify the bay numbers allocated to the general public.

I'm now writing to Lancroft, the BPA & DVLA. I still await the appeal response from the shysters UKCPS.

Thanks to the templates on here, I can inform you that the above charge has been cancelled by UKCPS today. :T:T

In the letter to the keeper, they said it was a gesture of goodwill. This despite their website warning not to listen to forums such as this one, below which, is a long list of supposed court cases they have won.
