Natwest Step Account - opening times

Hi everyone

This is my first post here but I've been lurking and finding lots of useful info for quite a while.

Anyway, I have recently applied for a Natwest Step account and have just posted my application form back today. Does anyone know roughly how long it takes to get accepted and have the account setup?

Thanks in advance!

Matt.

    Hi,
Based on my experience, i would say if you posted your application today (there is a postal strike tomorrow) so they will get it on Friday, it will probably be opened on Friday/Monday.
Assuming its opened on the Monday, i would guess that you will get a letter confirming your account number etc on the Weds, and card on the Saturday.
I opened mine on the 16th and thats how mine worked. Although i am still waiting for my on-line banking details.

Oh and by the way, when you get your card, you have to sign a form, and either post it off, or take it to your branch that confirms you have your card, and then they send you a pin out. (i'm still waiting for my pin and signed the form and gave it to my branch on Monday)
  • Great, thanks for that!
