Part of this event includes an optional physical activity. Timings of the event are 6.30pm-8.30pm. The Event may be filmed, so winners may be recorded, filmed and photographed, and have their voices and likenesses used in recordings, films and print for commercial purposes on a worldwide royalty free basis. The winners will be the first 35 entries selected at random after the closing date and will be contacted on the morning of Wednesday 12 November 2014.
