Long (over 2metres) item needs courier. Advice?

Sorry to ask another courier question..there are enough of them.

I am arranging courier delivery for a projector screen. The package is approx.
2.3metres x 10cms x 10cms, and is probably 10Kg in weight.

I have found the www.interparcel.com site, and they do a titan service , which is £11.75 with £50 insurance.Or £13.75 with £100 insurance, which is what I would go for.

Any alternatives please?
