I want a discount bus pass on ARRIVA buses

We live out in the sticks and I'm sick of paying my kids bus fare to town. It is much too far for them to walk and a dangerous road with no pavement.
The kids are 15 in August and 17 in August.
The only buses we get here are ARRIVA.
Any ideas ?????
