Its nothing new just something that's come back in to fashion so to speak as the current scam of choice.

Displaying a fake number is nothing new, I've got an app here that will display whatever number I want and change my voice at the same time if I so desire and got it back in 2010.
In order for any kind of scam to successfully take place, the caller still has to rely on user gullibility for it to work.Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it0
