Holiday
A 3 night trip for the winner and one companion to New York, USA comprising:

• Return economy flights from a London airport to a New York Airport;
• Return private transfers between the airport and hotel in New York City;
• Three nights’ accommodation at a New York City hotel with a minimum rating of 4* on a room only basis based on two people sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability);
• Ice skate rental at Bryant Park Winter Village. The ice rink is open all hours, weather permitting, until 1 March 2015 and again from the end of October 2015; and
• Travel insurance covering the winner and their companion for the duration of the trip to the USA subject to the restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover where they would not be covered by this insurance including without limitation for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 74 years or over.

The prize must be taken before 20 December 2015 and excludes travel between 1 and 10 April 2015, the months of July and August 2015 or during Bank/Public Holidays in the UK. The trip must include a Saturday night. This element of the prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and the winner must give the prize provider at least six weeks’ notice of their intended travel dates. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.

Either the winner or their companion must be over the age of 21. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended. Please note that either the winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit/debit card with available funds of at least £250 in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
