Indemnity insurance - me arrange or solicitor?

i will need an indemnity policy to cover the deeds to my leasehold flat not stating the management company are responsible for arranging my buildings insurance (which I pay). Is this indemnity insurance something I would arrange myself, or let me solicitors do it for me? (ii was picked up by my buyers solicitors when they looked through the deeds I am guessing, my solicitor told me about it)

I have no idea G_M :( the buyers of my place picked up on it, apparently theres nothing in my deed saying who has to arrange the buildings insurance. I've paid it for the last 10 years, its shown, and detailed in my twice yearly invoices from my management company, and its paid on time, and has never changed in price. Madness is exactly what i thought too, but apparently the buyers solicitor picked up on it, so now I gotta get it sorted :(:(:(:(
