Can you trade in a car on PCP ?

Your car is worth more than £8000! Assuming it was new (which I'm guessing it is at that price) then it'll be a 13 or 63 plate, I'm guessing with around 10k on the clock?
Well a 13 plate VXR with 20 on the clock will go for £11,165 privately or £10,500 part ex, so you only need a little more to settle the finance.0 -

Anything is possible, but on one hand would you be happy driving around in your new family funster while paying for both it and the negative equity of your current car; and how persuasive are you to get a good price for your trade-in (the market is awash with them) and get a good finance package from a finance house on a deal that no longer bears any relationship to the vehicle value being financed? I can see this ending in tears with you stitched up to a, monthly more expensive, longer term in years, deal for a Renault Scenic.0
