Parking fine

Hi, I'm hoping you can give me some advise :)

I am disabled and last week visited my local retail park, I parked in a disabled bay and displayed my badge on the dashboard, when I returned to my car there was a parking fine notice which stated "no valid disabled badge displayed". Unfortunately my badge had slipped of my dash and was in the passenger footwell, I have emailed an appeal to C M Services Ltd via the appeal form on their website.

I have just been reading some of the posts regarding parking fines and wondered if I have a good case to get the fine cancelled?

Thank you

Not sure where this puts CM atm. Someone will know more, but don't rush at anything. Unfortunately, I'm guessing you've outed yourself as driver in your em to them. Just means more work for you.
