Tax on US Shares.

I have approx £20,000 invested in shares in a company in the USA, how much on top of my normal wage could i withdraw from this without being taxed per annum ?

    Shares are subject to capital gains not income tax. What profit have you made on your original investment?

    You will only have to pay CGT in the UK. You might need to fill out a W8-BEN form for your broker so they don't deduct tax from your earnings (I'm no expert on this).
