Just wondering, why don't you think this is a Grabbit?

1D stuff is pretty popular especially in the run up to Christmas and is likely to disappear quickly when it's been spotted, especially at £1 for a £9 item?

because there hasn't been anything listed, normally a grabbit involves there being something you can actually go and buy!

There's a reason the stuff is in every £ shop going.
I agree this isn't a grabbit as they've had their 5 mins of fame now and it's to be expected that the merchandise will decrease in price.

my local poundland has some stuff in, strong plastic shopping bags, socks, dvds etc, not sure if its across the country though

I don't think this is a Grabbit either - there's no "it" to grab! It may be more "Shop but Don't Drop", or maybe even "Music Moneysaving" since it's related to music/band merchandise Sort of. (I suppose it all depends on who's overseeing/moving the threads on any given day).

Let's put it this way, if I, as an "ordinary" forum member, rather than a board guide or MSE Deals Hunter, started this thread, I strongly suspect that it would have been moved elsewhere - probably quite rapidly. I agree 1D stuff is popular - my 6 year old niece wants 1D everything :cool:. But if anyone does spot cheap 1D stuff, they'll usually post as a Grabbit anyway. A whole thread for 1D? I suspect it'll turn into a discussion thread - Directioners vs The Rest of the World :rotfl:

Edit - I have an additional thought. If MSE Charlotte Deals Hunter had posted a thread entitled "One Direction items in Poundworld" or even better, started a thread "Poundworld Deals" (similar to the Wilko, B&M or Home Bargains threads) then I think that either of those would have been perfectly acceptable as Grabbit. But if there were an existing Poundworld thread, then her op should be moved to that thread. But what do I know? :cool:
