Free Subtitles?

Just a strange one that has never happened to me before.

I've just decided to edit a live listing on my personal eBay account as I've left quite a bit of detail out and I've suddenly noticed this above the 'Subtitle' box:

Subtitle (£0.00 [STRIKE]£0.00[/STRIKE]) Special offer

It does actually show as £0.00 on the final page before I submit the listing.

I don't have this as a Selling Promotion on my 'All Selling' page so not sure what's going on?

Is it a glitch?

I used this a while ago and it is free.

The only problem was when I relisted things after the promotion had ended I had to go into every listing and remove it as it tried to charge me.

I'm not sure what happens with free automatic relisting if it warns you, removes it or charges you if the auto free listing is after the promotion has ended.

My items aren't new so I tend to write extra description in the box it give you. You can't do this for new items

It seems to be a bit random in which listings/categories it is offering it to me, as I try to edit/update some of my other live listings.

I also seem to have lost the ability to tick the box to automatically relist up to 3 times for free this week. The box is simply not there to tick anymore, which is very irritating.
