on that reasoning maybe you should report for eg gmneil for only posting comps from ohsoamelia.com or maybe painkiller for posting shortlist comps when they become live (maybe he works for them) etc, or is it ok because they've been a member for more than a year?
Everyone has to start somewhere though and this 'picking on' new users and witch hunting is no less destructive to the board than trolling and flaming is
As per the remit from the Forum Team regarding Self Promotion, if you have proof of it, then report the thread and let them decide.
