07 Numbers not included in anytime packages ?

Moving house, and looking for new phone/bband provider, and noticing they all charge extra for mobile 07 numbers. I thought my previous anytime package included mobile numbers.
Is my memory rubbish, or did they used to include mobile but have stopped ?

Possibly Virgin Media give free calls to Virgin Mobile and there may be other special cases but I doubt anybody include blanket inclusive calls to mobiles. I could be wrong of course...0

TalkTalk used to offer a 100 or 500 minutes to mobiles package as an extra... not sure if they still offer it though.0

Yes, a Virgin Media landline gives free calls to Virgin Mobile numbers (up to 60 minutes) as standard.
They also offer a plan called "Talk Unlimited Extra" which provides inclusive calls to all UK mobiles, but this costs extra of course.

07 numbers aren't just mobile numbers though.
070 is "Personal Numbering" used on the likes of Auto Trader where customers can hide their real number with one of these virtual numbers.

But you only get inclusive mobile calls for the period you subscribe to. So if for example your only on the weekend tariff you only get inclusive virgin mobile calls for that period.0
