Can a blue oyster card affect your credit rating?

I have been screwed over paying too much for my public transport a few times. The last 3 weeks they have auto topupped me with a disabled credit card, so now it evens out. I use a UK Blue Oyster Card and I'm thinking of buying a new one, in order not to have to pay the £60 of 3 weeks public transport. Would this possibly affect my credit score?

I had to read this a few times to understand what you were on about.
You set up auto top-up to top your Oyster card up when it was running low, with the money being taken from your credit card - as explained here:
www.tfl.gov.uk/fares-and-payments/oyster/oyster-online#on-this-page-3
Your credit card has subsequently been stopped ("disabled") for whatever reason, but in the meantime £60 of credit has been added to your Oyster card which is supposed to then be charged to your credit card.
You're asking whether or not TfL will just forget about that £60. Well, regarding the Oyster card that had auto top-up enabled on it, you'll find that it will be cancelled and won't work any longer.
And yes, I'd think they'd want the £60 back from you - you're in debt to them for that amount. Not settling up this debt could have an impact on your credit worthiness.
The terms & conditions for auto top-up are here:

It's that my credit card was replaced, but still worked for for topups for a while. See i.imgur.com/JKxYPPR.jpg0
