Paypal pay after delivery

Is PP pay after delivery still in operation? As everything I buy through ebay now say's PAD not avaliable. even sellers I've used before that it worked on. I've checked on PP site and it's set up for PAD. I do not have any PAD transactions pending so can't be limit based. Any help would be great. Thank you

I've got it set up but it's only ever worked once. I think there's a limit but I may be wrong.

I seem to be having this problem too, but only through eBay. I managed to do a PAD transaction yesterday (even though I had a paypal balance) on another website, tried to do it this morning on eBay and got a message saying there was a problem using my bank account. Wish they'd stop messing about with things!

Tried it today using "firefox" browser & it worked for a £2.29 order then tried a £7.44 order got message cant use PAD??

If anybody else is having this problem. Contact paypal through their Facebook page, not their website. I now have a contact name and the issue is definitely at paypal their tech guys are working on it.

I've been having this problem for ages...it says the bank account cannot be used for,the purchase. If you look to the left, there is an option to pay with a different pp account, click that and log in to your normal one, then the pp page will come up with the pay after delivery automatically there, at least it does with me. Even managed to get a dominoes pizza the other night without paying for 14 days lol
