repeated journeys plymouth to london

In the next couple of years I will be making a journey between Plymouth and London often (about. once a month)
I used to use thetrainline website for my.ticket bookings . I think not all the journeys are available on that website though , can anybody advise me on a more comprehensive way of searching for tickets? Or is trainline.as good as it gets for the area ?
The word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.

  • Thetrainline should show all journeys*, but note that it charges booking and card fees. Better to go direct to the train company's site (in this case First Great Western) to avoid the booking fees, take advantage of any special offers FGW may have, and I think you can now collect Nectar points there too.

*The booking sites will usually show you the quickest options. Obviously if you want a convoluted route round the houses (which could be cheaper) you'll need to specify that by changing the via/avoid points etc.

You don't have to use the specific operator, I use East Coast for all my rail bookings, regardless of destination, and can print out tickets one hour later at my local station. No booking fee, no card fee.
They're all driven by the National Rail database, so the services offered should be the same.
