2. Any entries received or processed after the closing date will not be accepted.
3. This free prize draw is open to all EU residents (excluding residents of Poland) aged 16 or over except for employees of the New Look Group, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter and only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Third party registrations will not be accepted.
6. The draw will be made within thirty (30) days of the competition closing date.
7. If the winner is from the UK they will receive a £300 New Look Gift Card. If the winner is from a different EU member state they will receive a €377 New Look Gift Code.
8. All Gift Codes/Gift Cards will be issued at the same time. The codes can be redeemed online at newlook.com/eu, newlook.com/fr or newlook.com/de and Gift Cards can be redeemed in any New Look UK store or online at newlook.com. There are no alternatives offered for this prize. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
9. The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email within 7 days of the actual draw date. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Winners will be contacted by email – If the winner has not responded within 5 days, we reserve the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn entry or to forfeit the prize.
