Terms and conditions

1. This Free Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK only, aged 18 years and over, excluding directors, officers and employees of ASDA UK (the “Promoter”), Triad Retail Media UK Limited, and their affiliates or agents (“Prize Draw Entities”), the families of such employees and any other person connected with this Free Prize Draw.
2. No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
3. Only one (1) entry per household for the entire Free Prize Draw period.
4. Prize Draw Entities are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind; for inaccurate transcription of entry information; for errors in any promotional or marketing materials or in these Official Rules; for any human or electronic (including but not limited to programming) error; or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed, lost, late, damaged, illegible or returned.
5. At the end of the Free Prize Draw, there will be a random drawing and the first (1st) valid entry randomly selected by an independent person will win the first prize of one (1) luxury NSPA hamper and a voucher for a Spa Day for Two. The next twenty (20) valid entries randomly selected by an independent person will win a runner-up prize of one (1) NSPA mum-to-be or post-birth gift set each. The elements of the gift set will be determined by the Promoter.
6. The prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. No more than one (1) first prize winner will be selected and no more than twenty (20) runner-up prize winners will be selected. The first prize is valued at a maximum of £350. The runner-up prize is valued at a maximum of £6. Only one (1) prize will be awarded per household.
