MTM Registration Handset Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
(Pay monthly and U-Fix customers only)

• The prize draw is open to pay monthly and U-Fix customers only. To enter, register for the first time on My T-Mobile between 16th July and 10th August 2007.
• One entry per person. Not open to T-Mobile employees, contractors, their family or their friends. I'm assuming this means anyone who gets a Friends and Relations discount on their monthtly phone bill.
• A weekly winner will be drawn at random at the end of each week from all entries received. The prize will be a handset (without a SIM) of the winner's choice selected from a list provided to the winner by T-Mobile. If you wish to use this handset on another mobile network, you will have to ask us to unlock the handset and pay a free. Unsuccessful entrants will roll forward into subsequent weekly draws until all prizes have been allocated.
• The winner of each prize will be informed within 7 days of the draw by telephoning their T-Mobile phone. If the call is not answered, a message will be left requesting the winner to call back on the number provided to claim the prize. The winners will then have 2 days to claim the prize, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and another winner drawn.
• Judges' decision is final (no correspondence will be entered into).
• One prize per person. No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are not transferable. Prizes must not be used for promotional purposes.
• The winners must take part in any publicity reasonably requested by T-Mobile.
