Credit files question

Hi

I have just viewed my credit file with check my file and noticed that my default which is due to come of file in 2017 is marked with 2 boxes next to it with the letters ca and eq which are obviously the credit agencies. However, my CCJ has the above two and ex next to it.

Does this mean that experience do not hold my default on file or am I reading into it wrong?
I ask as all monies which were owed are now all paid off and settled and my default will be the only mark left on my file as the CCJ is about to come off soon. We are looking at getting a mortgage soon so maybe some lenders would only use experian . Get my drift.

    Experience?

If anything I'd assume it was on Experian too - check our credit file with them for free with the one month trial, but remember to cancel and remember to ignore the worthless made up "score".

You should also check your credit file with Equifax if you're applying for a mortgage.
