Just to let you know that B/card are making all of their PPI Complaint Handlers Full-Time Employees. Before they were on Fixed-Term contracts or agency staff. Obviously they are only making the FTCs to FTEs. Great for staff looking to get morgages, etc.
Just thought that I would let everyone know as it shows the banks are in PPI for the long haul !!
