A while ago I posted regarding an item I had sent to a US buyer which she did a chargeback for saying it had been unauthorised....blah blah blah
I still have to submit a complaint to UPS but Im still in conversation withe chargeback team who I must say so unhelpful.
I sent the item via RM INternational signed for but they won't accept that as proof saying there is no proof of signature even though it shows the item was received at the address of the buyer. I then tell thema that I have email proof that the buyer received the dress because her two last messages to me after the chargeback were ' I have sent the dress back to you, pleaselet me know if you havent received it so I can submit for insurance' ISN'T THAT PROOF THAT SHE RECEIVED IT.
In response to that they just said that there is a 75 day period during which the money could come back to me but HOW? They wont' accept the proof im giving them.
THere must be something I can do? It's £123 that i've lost (and this week I lost another £100 due to another scammer  )
So put off ebay at the moment!
