CPP Hospital NTK

I've recently received an NTK from Car Parking Partnership for parking at my workplace (S!!!!horpe Hospital). The reason for the fine is stated to be "Parked so as to cause obstruction or inconvenience to others". I've looked at the evidence photographs they've supplied and it doesn't show any obstruction or inconvenience that I can see and I've sent off a letter to the hospital security department stating this and asked them to cancel the ticket.
In the meantime I am going to send off the first appeal letter to CPP using the template in the newbies thread. At the bottom of the template it states that an optional ranting paragraph can be added at the end and I'm wondering if it's advisable to state in this that their evidence photographs don't show any actual evidence of wrong-doing? I'm unsure if this would be considered mitigating circumstances and I've read that there's no point in including these in the appeals.

mitigation can be used with a PPC but not popla
just ensure you use the correct wording if adding it, like THE DRIVER and not the first person word I0 -
Thanks for the advice.0
