On the 22/7/2014 I parked in a car park with a maximum stay of 1 1/2 hours whilst I was donating blood. However the NHS staff were running behind (not their fault) and I ended up being parked in the car park for 2hrs and 4mins. I reciieved a "Parking Charge Notice" from a company called "Smart Parking Limited".

Should I pay up ?
Thanks James

Edit: They are listed on the British Parking Association (BPA) approved operators list for ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) but not Debt Recovery.
