Cost of Removing Understairs Loo/Sink

I am moving to smaller property. Downstairs is open plan - kitchen/living room; measures 22' 6" x 12'4". A loo/sink is fitted understairs, which I don't need. I need more room to fit a table, as kitchen units are lined on 3 sides. I think it's all plasterboard lined; just wondering what approx. cost would be to open up stairs & remove loo? Lots of other jobs to do, so just trying to budget for it all..so I'll probably bore you all by asking other questions!
