I Own A Small Engineering Co With A 15k Overdraught .having A Few Slow Payers I Decided To Factor My Debts.my Bank Responded By Reducing My Overdraught To 7.5k.this Has Dishonoured 4 Cheques Previously Written In Good Faith And They Have Charged Me £35 A Cheque.please Advise Steve

    Claim the charges back because they are unlawful
