leaking roof, no body can find the leak

i have had a problem with a leak i have a dormer bungalow and water seems to come down the side of the dormer beam at some point inside the loft and leaks thro into the room below. it doesnt leak every time it rains just seems to be if the wind blows a certain way. i have had so many roofers out during the last 15 years to fix it, they say they know where it is coming in do some work and then the roof leaks again. the last time was just a few months ago. the guy said he couldnt understand why noone could cure it as he found it easily did some work paid £300 and over the weekend it leaked again. the guy isnt answering my texts or phone calls and i just dont know what to do now. the leak is causing more amd more damage everytime. i appreciate they have all done work but it is not curing my problem. any advie on how i handle this and how i get this leak fixed as i cant afford to keep throwing money at it
