The tide is turning over convenience food and drink as more and more people are choosing to incorporate high quality, regionally sourced produce in to their diets. We know that it's often not easy to find these ingredients. However this is set to change with the launch of the London Food Festival, which takes place from 7th - 9th September. With an emphasis on quality, the London Food Festival will bring together the best rustic, locally produced food to the heart of London.
Avid foodies will be able to sample delights from more than 100 artisan producers, including The Old Fashioned Pudding Company, The Fine Oil and Spice Company and Rachel's Organic.
What's more three top British chefs will also be on hand at the event, sharing their cooking tips and secrets: Lesley Waters, Aldo Zilli and James Tanner will be creating an array of British culinary masterpieces, using ingredients sourced at the event.
In addition, nutritionists will also be at the event offering advice and top tips on how to incorporate good quality produce into a healthy and balanced diet.
