Will we earn too much for Childcare Help? Confused

Good evening every one,
I have a little question I cant seem to find an answer anywhere, I dont trust any of the calculators as they have been wrong on every occasion we have used them.
Basically our situation is we both work and have an 18 month old we need to put into childcare (havent done before as we had family help, but we cant rely on them forever unfortunatly)
Currently I work 20 Hours a week and earn about £10000 a year (for the purpose of tax credits it was about £7500 due to SMP for 13/14)
My Fiance changed jobs last year and currently training, He had earned about £14000 in 13/14. We paid no child care - we recieved some help in the form of work tax credit. For 14/15 my Fiances wage will be about £16500
A few days ago I had an interview for a promotion and amazingly I got the Job my new wage will be £20658 pa. I will however be job sharing and I really wanted to increase my hours slighly from 20 maybe 27 or 30 but im worried how we will afford childcare of about £73 a week. I know the pay rise will push us over the limit of any help, but am I correct in thinking that the threshold rises if you pay child care?
Does anyone know what the maximum threshold is? I want to work as much as I can but I dont want to leave us short, I want to get the balance right while my fiance finishes his training. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I need to advise my boss of my intended hours ASAP and im a bit confused at the moment if Im better to sticking to 20 or increasing it.....
Thanks in advance
