Cost of a concrete drive 4x3m

I'm needing to build a temp cheap driveway to accommodate a dropped curb application with the council (I'll do a proper one once my house renovation work is completed). The existing area to be concreted over is a mixture of just soil or some tiles bedded into the soil and can be lifted up easily.
The area is size is approx 3m x 4m and will require a manhole / sewer drain to be lowered by about 3 brick levels and also the partial removal of a 2m wide wall which is 1.5m in height and will be used for the hardcore.
How much can I expect to pay for this job approx?
How deep should the concrete be to support the weight of a car driving onto it?
Thx.
