Hello there, apologies i'm guessing this was asked many many times, off course i received overpayment letter so here is rundown:
Overpayments:
Up to 5 April 2014 £1557
From this award period £417 (this i understand and it's ok)
My earnings:
12/13 - £2300
13/14 - £16000K
On their letter for my earnings they wrote:
Total Income for the year from 6 April 2012 to 5 April 2013 £5360
So it because they have wrong figure for my earnings 2012/2013 that they think that i was overpaid £1557?

The 2012/13 income could only have came from details you provided to them. What income source is it from, employment? Self employment? Social security?
Thanks for quick reply, i don't recall giving them estimate of 13/14, but looking at my post can't seem to find anything of an estimate for 13/14.
For 12/13, i was on JSA because of job redundancy, then only i started working 2-3 months before end of 13 tax year, and thats how i got £2300 employment.0 -

There was a letter about estimates
Letter date: 18 April 2013
Provisional tax credits for 06/04/2013 to 05/04/2014
And it has saying:
We have used an income of £10127 to work out your payment.... When you receive your Renewal Pack please tell us of your income ending 5 April 20130 -
I found something more:
Payments in 2013-2014
We have used an income of £10127 t work out your payments from 6 April 2013
So is that after when i was getting around £52 a week in 13/14 it's because of that estimate £10127?
But how can then i tell them of my income for 13/14 if that tax year only finished couple of months from now, and then i did mentioned about my income when i got my P60 for tax year ending 14, i'm confused

I just was on impression that getting worker tax credits in 13/14 is from my income 12/13?0

Cant remember what JSA i had but i know i was for around 1 year and maybe 5 months. But i thought if thats the case with JSA why it's not showing on my P60?
Well i'm going to ring them tomorrow definitely tried today but no luck reaching them. Only setup direct debit payment for 417 for year.0
