Weekly Pension Credit - paid in advance/arrears?

A quick question!

Is Pension Credit, when paid weekly, paid in advance or in arrears?

Have googled for ages but can't find an answer! Will ring if no one knows.

All sorted! Paid in advance but it does vary from customer to customer so for anyone reading this they would need to telephone if they wanted to know!

Should be in arrears if you are a new claimant. Might have been different a few years ago though. State pension itself def was.

Paid in advance till 2010 then changed to arrears when changed to state pension happened and follows their rules for paydays :-)
