Going to be selling some of my unwanted items at car boot sale. Can I sell fake radley handbags. I would put notices on them to say fake and charge pennies for them but not sure if this is legal. I bought them from e bay and got radley to look at them and they are def fake.

If you bought them via ebay and you have proof they are fake, why not get your money back from the seller via ebay ?

No you should not sell fakes at car boot !

Do they say Radley on them or do they just have the dog tags? If the latter would be inclined to just take the tags off and sell them, there is no law against selling handbags.

I had the bags for over three months before I realised they were fake, they do say radley, one is a very good fake the other is unbelievable rubbish but as it was the first one I had bought did not have anything to compare it against.

If you used a card to pay via paypal, you might be able to get the card company involved to get your money back (chargeback/section 75).

Have you mentioned to the sellers that they are fake ?
