Billing Polices - How many minutes ??
Do the different suppliers have different billing policies (and what are they)
Was on Orange and generally used about 250 mins. Moved to Vodafone and now using over 400 mins !! Vodafone bill is also difficult to understand and doesn't actually tell you how many minutes you have used ( despite that being part of the contract). With Orange it told you how many mins you had used.
I get the sense that Orange may have charged actual usage ( a 10s call was 10s, whereas Voda may be charging a minimum of 1 minute)
Thanks

Demand cancellation without charges if they really fail to provide you with itemised billing.0 -
Orange (and most other networks) deduct inclusive calls by the second.
Vodafone however, deduct these in 1 minute increments.
Make ten 30 second calls on Orange and it'll deduct 5 mins, with Vodafone it'll deduct 10 mins.
Bit naughty really...I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -
